We had a fantastic experience at Victory Toyota. We traveled from Cincinnati, OH to purchase a RAV4 we saw online. The web listing did not have pictures yet, but we called and spoke to Jason Cowan who traveled from Cincinnati, OH to purchase a RAV4 we saw online. We would not have made the trip if Jason had not gone above and beyond in keeping us informed of whether the car was still on the lot the days leading to our visit. He even called from home the evening before our visit. Once there, everyone was super friendly and Jason had warmed up the car for our test drive. He answered all our questions and adequately showed us all the car's features.
