Scheduling and cancelling a service appointment is very easy. I received a text reminder of my appointment but the time of the appointment was not listed or I did not see it, and had to check the email con easy. The young man whom I spoke with at the desk was super nice and professional. I was happy with their work and had my car back by that afternoon. All in all good service! More

I was in the car for about 15 minutes and nobody came to talk to me. I had to ask an employee that was just standing near me if I had to go inside or wait. Past 2 hours after leaving, I had to reach out to find out how long. Victory Toyota should have contacted me right after 1 hour to give me an update. More
