I have a safety concerns. In two of our previous car care visits, it appears that Victory Midtown staff did not properly tighten the lug nuts on one of our tires. Both times In two of our previous car care visits, it appears that Victory Midtown staff did not properly tighten the lug nuts on one of our tires. Both times we identified the problem while on the road on a two hour commute. We were fortunate on both occasions that we didn’t get into an accident, and we can now tell the story. The first time it happened my husband reported it to Victory. The second time it happened, he reported and asked the service manager that it be investigated. At that time, the service manager apologized, agreed that he would investigate it, and as compensation we would have our next car service done for free. Apparently, the new service manager said that there is no record of the complementary offer so he compromised with a discount. But what is worse, the current service manager said that the previous service manager claims that he doesn’t recall the “lug nut” incidents. So now I wonder if the previous service manager actually investigated the matter! Which is a safety matter! When mistakes are made, a manager needs to investigate it so to find the problem(s) in the system so that changes can be made to prevent it from happening again. Just because nothing happened to us, it’s still a serious matter. And that why I rated you guys low. More
