I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a car and if you want a sales consultant that’s honest and not trying to get over and “just make a sale” go to Victory Toyota of Midtown and ask for “Habeeb Ibrahim” . He was truly AMAZING! 😊 More

I took it bad again and when they looked at it this time they said it was very dangerous to drive. Do not trust this place. I have 3 kids and was driving a car that they said was ok. They then charged me to fix the damage that was done because they said the car was ok. More
In mid March 2023, I purchased a new 2023 Toyota Corolla, hybrid LE from Victory Toyota of Midtown. After driving it home for one hour, I was having back and neck pain. The car was not a good fit fo Corolla, hybrid LE from Victory Toyota of Midtown. After driving it home for one hour, I was having back and neck pain. The car was not a good fit for me. I called the very next morning, and I tried to return it with only 150 miles on the car. The salesman said he couldn't do anything, so he passed me on to Lane, the GM. Lane offered me $6300 less than I paid for it; clearly an unreasonable offer. I called the corporate office, and they told me the GM. would call me back and take care of me. After avoiding me for four days, I finally got a hold of victory Toyota and the same ridiculous deal was on the table. I had to go all the way to Kenosha, Wisconsin, where they gave me a reasonable deal, giving me $2500 less than I paid for it. The GM, Lane, should be ashamed of himself! Obviously, I will never return there again. And you shouldn't either! More
Contacted dealer about vehicle before any pictures loaded on the internet. Vehicle was in the body shop and even though I was actively engaged in looking at the vehicle they put the vehicle on the lot for ot on the internet. Vehicle was in the body shop and even though I was actively engaged in looking at the vehicle they put the vehicle on the lot for others to look at. When I asked for a call to discuss pricing and trade in I was told I had to wait until other customers were done looking at the vehicle just in case it sold. More
Crooked dealer. Advertised the car at MSRP but only wanted to sell it to me with a $6k "dealer adjustment" added on. Advertised the car at MSRP but only wanted to sell it to me with a $6k "dealer adjustment" added on. More
This isn't a dealership, more like a STEALership! I inquired about the upcoming 2023 Toyota GR Corolla and the salesman Pedro responds back with a markup of $15k on top of MSRP! that equates to rough I inquired about the upcoming 2023 Toyota GR Corolla and the salesman Pedro responds back with a markup of $15k on top of MSRP! that equates to roughly to a 37.5% increase over MSRP! To all the new car shoppers out there, there are plenty of other dealers who aren't attempting to screw potential customers over, so please take your business elsewhere! And this goes out to the sales team at Victory Toyota, you should be ashamed of yourselves for attempting to take advantage of the hard working men and women of this country! As if the high inflation wasn't bad enough, but the increase in interest rates makes it nearly impossible for someone to finance a vehicle at MSRP, let alone a 37.5% MARKUP! Oh and BTW, I have a text message chain that I will upload along with forwarding to Toyota Corporate HQ to report Victory Toyota's unethical practices. I will also be sharing this post via all my social media and tagging ToyotaUSA as well. More
