Poor service I had a coupon for an oil change in my Toyota at $ 22.95 was not accepted by Alex as they do not apply to replace synthetic oil that is in my Toyota!! To my bill for an oil change was add $ 0.89 for document storage labor, $ 1.68 shop supplies. Multipiont inspectors sheet says the windshield washer and coolant was filled, lie Nothing has been topped up.This is not my first time at this service but the last, unwelcoming service, please be careful More

With the help from Ernesto Medina and his patience, I was able to leave Midtown Toyota with the car that I wanted a Scion IM. He was a great answering all the questions that I sent to him quickly and made sure that I left with what I wanted. I would recommend people to go and see him if they are looking to buy a car. A Smooth and Painless Car Buying Experience I have been in search of a new 2016 Camry for the past couple of months and have been doing quite a bit of research on fair prices using TrueCar, Edmu I have been in search of a new 2016 Camry for the past couple of months and have been doing quite a bit of research on fair prices using TrueCar, Edmunds, Consumer Reports, etc. I had been in contact with Toyota dealers in Elmhurst, Lombard, St. Charles, Lincolnwood, and the south side of Chicago. I was very close to buying from one of those dealers, when I decided to take one more look at other Toyota dealerships around me. I found Midtown, and contacted sales associate, Mario Fiallos. Mario responded to my request immediately, offered me the best price I had been offered thus far, and seemed to be completely transparent. After having a bad experience (feeling like I was really being taken advantage of) at Grossinger Toyota in Lincolnwood, it was so refreshing to work with Mario at Midtown. He made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST! I wanted various add-ons (moonroof and navigation system) that don't come standard on all Camry LE's, making the exact car I wanted a little more difficult to find, but Mario took time to keep in touch with me on his day off on the status of them locating my new vehicle. He was always easy to get a hold of via email or phone and promptly answered all questions that I posed. When I went to go finalize the sale and pick up my new car, Mario was not overly pushy on the unnecessary add-ons that new car buyers are offered, but he did talk me through the benefits of each. I worked with Al Rizzoti in finance to get all of the paperwork signed, and that was quick and easy too. Al was also very friendly and helpful. Before I left with my new car, Mario sat with me in the car and thoroughly went over all aspects of it making sure that I did not have any unanswered questions. At first I was not interested in going to Midtown just because their parking situation is much trickier than the other dealerships I have seen and been to (no parking lot - you have to park on the street - though there is usually ample parking on Cicero.) I am so glad I did explore Midtown though. I highly recommend this dealership! Mario Fiallos is very professional, honest, friendly, and easy to work with. More

Good service with a smile I've been my 2007 fj to midtown for service since I got the vehicle. Since then, I have moved to the burbs. I wasn't happy with Elmhurst or Oakbrook I've been my 2007 fj to midtown for service since I got the vehicle. Since then, I have moved to the burbs. I wasn't happy with Elmhurst or Oakbrook Toyota service so it's worth the trip to Midtown for great service. 30 mins or less oil change is great! Techs know their stuff and usually have a cost saving offer to use. Recommended More

sale but no sale After i got pre approved for the financing for the 2010 4runner trail edition, that I have been looking for for months, Salesman told me 4runner Trail After i got pre approved for the financing for the 2010 4runner trail edition, that I have been looking for for months, Salesman told me 4runner Trail cannot be sold due to safety issues not being fixed yet after buying from whole sale auction. I even took off work on Friday to come see the truck and if like, i would purchase it and take it home. They decided they were not gonna fix it, it was just missing the Rear seat Head rest and was gonna be put back in the whole sale auction market. I understand that it cannot be legally sold to the general public til the dealer fixes it, but the truck is still in their online used inventory and autotrader.com. More
