We purchased all our vehicle when it was Weiss Toyota and prefer driving the distance to have all services done at dealership. Victory Toyota has taken over and I will continue to go to dealership. I had an appointment scheduled (2 Sep), then immediately cancelled (2 Sep), a seco However, you need to straighten out the mix ups in appointments. I had an appointment scheduled (2 Sep), then immediately cancelled (2 Sep), a second appointment scheduled (5 Sep), then original appointment (2 Sep) set up a second time. I was then told the 5 Sep appointment was cancelled, but received a text saying I did have an appointment scheduled for 5 Sep. Confusing and frustrating!!! More
