Plays Games My father-in-law purchased a Ford E-250 from them about 4 years ago. When my father-in-law died two years ago, my husband took over ownership of the v My father-in-law purchased a Ford E-250 from them about 4 years ago. When my father-in-law died two years ago, my husband took over ownership of the van to continue using it for internet installations. Long story short, this didn't work out, so the van sat in a garage for two years. We attempted to sell it for a few months, but no one was in the market for this type of vehicle. Not wanting the payment anymore, we brought the van back to the place it was originally purchased from, Village Auto Inc. They took photos of it and offered us $5,000. We turned them down at the time because we owe $5,600 on the loan and they refused to offer an additional $600. That's fine; we get it. But we also couldn't sell it for less than we owed against it. After speaking to my parents over Christmas, they were willing to loan us the $600 so we could pay the loan down, sell this van back to the dealership, and we could be rid of the payment. My parents know we're in a bad financial situation right now and getting rid of this payment would be a huge relief and help us out immensely. It's been a couple of days, but we figured the offer would still be good, so we called Geoff and left him a message. When he called us back, he said he was only going to offer us $4,500 because he noticed the odometer hadn't changed in two years and he's worried about rust (he inspected it and took photos, so he knew there wasn't any). He's just playing games with us at this point. After this, we will not do business with this dealership! They have shown themselves to be untrustworthy. More

Very honest dealership Vehicle had a minor issue that we didn't even know about. No hesitation just went ahead and fixed it prior to delivery of the vehicle.
