Service Center Is great! As soon as you enter the service center you feel very welcome. Failure on multiple levels. Took my car to village Ford and they had it for over 2 weeks. I was told I had to take it back to the place where the recall was done because the work Took my car to village Ford and they had it for over 2 weeks. I was told I had to take it back to the place where the recall was done because the work was not done correctly. They put 130 miles on my vehicle and said that was what was needed to make sure it leaked oil and to make sure it didn't leak anymore. They did that without informing me at all, only after the fact. I brought my car in with a full tank, 2 mi used from the tank and they gave me the car back with 12 mi to empty. They were fighting me on replacing my gas but they did in the long run. I would not recommend this dealership period. Not to mention that I had to call each time to get status of my vehicle and they only called me twice in a two week on status of my car. They do not follow through with what they promise nor do they keep their promises.If you're looking for a Ford vehicle to be serviced or to purchase, I would not recommend going to this dealership at all. Fixing the issues the first time is not what they do at all. I had this oil leak for over 25,000 miles and they kept saying it was faulty parts but it's the works not following specs. More

I was treated like pure family !!! But recently the car overheated I did not buy an extended warranty the car was dropped off at (mistake)Jack Demmer Ford on Michigan Ave I went in and they asked me if it was under warranty I said no and explained to them not sure what was wrong and that it overheated I was then told it would be a 30 day wait just to look at it and was told that I might be better off taking it to where I purchased it from as he held my keys up with the Village Ford key tag on them I then called Village Ford had the car towed down there later that afternoon it was checked in through via text the next day I was called and told what was wrong with the car it had a recall that initiated everything and told that it was his goal (Pete) to make it where it was zero coming out of pocket for me!! I had my car back in 3 days total with nothing out of pocket truly honest people and we'll never go anywhere but village Ford to buy a new car, used car or any type of service and I will recommend everyone to do the same good honest people thanks again village Ford...👍👍👍 More

The customer service he provided was above and beyond, he informed me of the time it would take for the repair to be completed upfront, I informed him of my needs for transportation while my vehicle was in the shop and he helped arrange a rental at enterprise. The final bill was under what he quoted me which made me extremely happy! I can get my vehicle serviced anywhere, I choose Village Ford because of people like Jonathan! Brittany. More
Leaking overhead Took my f250 for repair as water was leaking from Moon roof switches overhead. Asked for oil change same visit. The service took 10 days. Service adviser refuted my son's insistence that the leak was around overhead switches. According to SA only the windshield needed reset/repair.. One week after the vehicle was returned and we had snow melt.... there is leaking from the switches! My roof liner is wet and water leaked onto dash....who know about what is happening to the wiring around the switches? More

Bad experience I bought a new Ford Flex 2018 from them. Last winter When my collision sensor. Stopped working .I dropped my car for oil change and to fix sensor.Th I bought a new Ford Flex 2018 from them. Last winter When my collision sensor. Stopped working .I dropped my car for oil change and to fix sensor.They did not do it and they told me that cross bar is bent and The car was involved in accident. At that time I called them and spoke with salesman and the manger.They denied everything.I called them many times until they stopped answering me Yesterday I took my car to another dealer to fix engine light which was on. I was been told that my car was involved in huge accident .They sold this car to me as brand new car. Now I do not know what to do. More
