Trip 1: Took my car there so they could see that I needed a repair on the driver's visor. Couldn't fix, so I bought the new one which was ordered. Never herd from them. I called weeks later. The service rep who ordered it no longer worked there. No one thought to notify me. (He should have) Made an appointment to have it installed. Trip 2: Went to have it installed. Discovered a needed part was not ordered. would order and call me. Trip 3: Went so visor (all parts) could be installed. went to leave. They had not ordered the correct visor. would order the correct one and call. Trip 4: Install the correct visor. 3-4 days later, a piece fell out...then the whole visor fell out. Trip 5: fix th visor. I asked for, and received a loner so I would not spend more time there. As if 5 trips wasn't enough (35 miles rd, trip) the Service manager wanted me to sign to reimburse him for the gas I would use in the rental car. Will not ever return. If I broke down in front of this dealer, I would have it towed to another dealer. 3 weeks to get appointment, 4 1/2 hours there to check battery then they sent me down the road with same problem.
