Bought a vehicle from them from out of state, asked about any issues/problems. I was told everything was good, but 30 seconds behind the wheel and you realize that there's something majorly wrong with the tr any issues/problems. "Thank you for bringing this to our attention regarding the transmission issue you experienced with your vehicle purchase. We take concerns about vehicle quality seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and work toward a resolution. Please contact our Service Director, Barry D., at xxx-xxx-xxxx so we can address your concerns directly." I reached out to Terry Z. direct and Joel K. responded that they did an inspection and they said it passed and unless I had purchase the warranty there was nothing I could do about it. Martin explained the financial process thoroughly, and stayed without the boundaries I requested.
