This review is mixed, because my experience with the salesperson was excellent. Brett Ramey did a fantastic job with communication and made the process quite seamless and easy. Unfortunately, like another recent reviewer pointed out, there was a $1256 charge for a warranty that I explicitly and repeatedly stated I did not want to purchase from the finance office. I suppose you can argue it's my fault for signing the document (it is), but I am just a layperson and made the mistake of trusting that my refusal of this would be honored in the contract, and I feel I was misled and/or lied to. I was also basically called stupid for refusing the purchase of a warranty from them (which they slid into the contract anyway). More

Very helpful, answered all the questions we had and if they didn’t have/know the answer they went above and beyond to find it. Also were very happy to negotiate on pricing and promised that if I found any they didn’t have/know the answer they went above and beyond to find it. Brett who helped me get my 2021 BMW 330i did an awesome job!!! He was helpful, thorough and also I test drove the car a ton!!
