I was able to get in and out of the dealership for a new truck in one evening. Josue was able to share lots of good information about the truck I bought and how it compares to other trucks on the market. Th truck in one evening. The sales process was good an easy, they try and get a weird number of signatures in that initial process though that’s a pretty big turnoff. Not an issue with the salesman but that is how Toyota does there process. Trying to get you to sign that you’ll buy the vehicle if they can get you a specified rate, not allowing you time to think on the transaction. It’s okay to take your time in a transaction, don’t sign because of the pressure. Finance took too long, we had wrapped up on the whole sales process and it took me over an hour to get to the finance department where they wanted to negotiate care plans, which kept me there way too long. Overall Josue did a great job, the sales manager was good outside of too many signatures, the finance process needs some serious work. More

I worked with sales professional Brett Ramey on the purchase of a 2017 Silverado. He was absolutely perfect to work with and made the trade seamless.
