"Accidental" Purchase I first met Rusty Russell in August of 2016 when I purchased a new 2016 Toyota RAV4. Rusty was courteous, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles we discussed. But that is not why I am writing this review. I was involved in an accident in late March of this year (2018). The car was totaled and I suffered several broken bones. Rusty sent the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen expressing his concern and wishes for my recovery. After I recovered from my injuries, it was time to pay Rusty a visit. I again thanked him for the flowers and he says he likes to treat his customers on a personal basis. I found a certified 2015 Toyota RAV4. I liked how Rusty was able to help me when I looked for a new car and for when I looked for a used car. I was still able to deal with someone that I knew and trusted. The car is in mint condition and clean as can be. There was no hassle in the purchase. Rusty gave me a good deal. Then I met with Jordan Bleibaum in the Finance Department. He made everything as swift and painless as possible with no pressure to purchase any extras I didn't want. Excellent Buying Experiance We bought a new Camry. It was an easy, smooth and actualy pleasent buying experiance. All my questions were addressed. The price was the lowest and I did allot of internet shopping at various dealers. The only extra change added on was a $299.00 paperwork fee. This is unusual because other brands and dealers are adding a delivery fee of $700.00-$900.00 and a paperwork fee. They don't tell you this up front. No delivery fee is a big savings. More
