No pressure, great service! My wife and I had spent the entire day looking for a Camry, beginning in Lincoln and ending up in Omaha. The last dealership we visited was in La Vist My wife and I had spent the entire day looking for a Camry, beginning in Lincoln and ending up in Omaha. The last dealership we visited was in La Vista and our experience there was absolutely terrible. We almost gave up, but decided to try and get to Village Pointe before they closed. I'm glad we did. We arrived just at closing time and Jose Lopez was there to greet us. He was so gracious and accommodating. There was absolutely no pressure for anything and he went to bat for us to get our offer. Instead, of coming back with a "no" he had something to offer that was reasonable and fair. After we finished with the financing, Jose was still hanging around so he could see us off. Jose demonstrated the kind of customer service that makes shopping for a car absolutely enjoyable. We would HIGHLY recommend Village Pointe, AND Jose Lopez! More

Responsive, No pressure sales Julia contacted me from an True Car search and connected us with Rusty. We were in the dealership with little time on a Saturday afternoon and Rusty m Julia contacted me from an True Car search and connected us with Rusty. We were in the dealership with little time on a Saturday afternoon and Rusty made sure he got us with someone available, Chris. Chris took time to show us the vehicle and test drive. Then we walked in unplanned almost at closing time one evening to see how our kids fit in the Highlander. Chris had been off for HOURS but stayed to help us. The next night Chris again stayed HOURS after he was off again to help us through the buying process. This lead us to a Highlander we Love! Thank you CHRIS, Rusty, and Julia. More

Great Salesman, Great Dealership We absolutely love Village Pointe Toyota. We recently experienced a house fire that resulted in the total loss of a Toyota purchased in 2016. The dealership called and offered to lets us drive a car to get through the hectic couple of weeks after the fire. I understand that they would have loved to sell us a replacement vehicle but at that time we just needed a second vehicle and they did that; no strings attached. Did we eventually buy the vehicle they loaned us; yes! When we did they gave us a great deal with no pressure and great service. More
