Great Salesman, Great Dealership We absolutely love Village Pointe Toyota. We recently experienced a house fire that resulted in the total loss of a Toyota purchased in 2016. The dealership called and offered to lets us drive a car to get through the hectic couple of weeks after the fire. I understand that they would have loved to sell us a replacement vehicle but at that time we just needed a second vehicle and they did that; no strings attached. Did we eventually buy the vehicle they loaned us; yes! When we did they gave us a great deal with no pressure and great service. More

Worst experience ever!!! Spend time to drive all the way to Village Point Toyoya (reside right by Baxter Toyota). Was reffered by a family member. Was really disappointed about the management, Corina business sales manager. Came in ready to buy, new exactly what i want, did not test drive a vehicle, was a sitting duck. I was treated not only unprofessionally, i was insulted. Would not think in millions years, it’s possible to have an experience like this as such a reaputable delearship. Sales person Chris, was saying he has other customers etc. which was rude, but nothing in comparison with how rude and insulted Corina was. We had to just leave. Very, very, very disappointed!!! Happy to discuss it please call!!! More
