I wasn't sure what I was really looking for but I knew what price range I wanted. The commitment of the staff to accommodate my car shopping needs was phenomenal. I felt listened to and was directed to what I was exactly looking for. I test drove one vehicle after they matched my needs, and then I purchased. Worst experience ever!!! Spend time to drive all the way to Village Point Toyoya (reside right by Baxter Toyota). Was reffered by a family member. Was really disappointed about the management, Corina business sales manager. Came in ready to buy, new exactly what i want, did not test drive a vehicle, was a sitting duck. I was treated not only unprofessionally, i was insulted. Would not think in millions years, it’s possible to have an experience like this as such a reaputable delearship. Sales person Chris, was saying he has other customers etc. which was rude, but nothing in comparison with how rude and insulted Corina was. We had to just leave. Very, very, very disappointed!!! Happy to discuss it please call!!! More
