When we talked about upgrading one of our newer vehicles for safety features, he walked me through options. I returned two days later and we went in-depth on the ways to purchase or lease. It was simple; the hardest part was picking the color from the in-stock Avalons. Tony went out of his way to make the comparison easy; he knew the features that were important to us and limited the cars that met our criteria. The paperwork also went well. Extremely enjoyable experience. We will be back. More
