Only after a couple minutes (being pampered with fresh coffee and super comfy chairs) he was there to help us. We enjoyed our time and process of purchase. We usually dread going to a dealership because of past experiences but they exceeded our expectations with friendliness and how much they worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
