He was very kind and friendly, super accommodating between my super, busy schedule and indecisiveness about cars. He even offered to come in on his days off to help me to work with my schedule! Finally settled on a RAV4 but didn't have the color I wanted on the lot. Rusty jumped right on it and got the color I wanted! He made the transaction very smooth and customer service is top notch! If i ever have to buy a vehicle again, I would go back to Rusty and I highly recommend anyone to go to him if they are looking for a Toyota! He is flexible and energetic! I returned to Greg Brady for this second car purchase after not only finding me the exact vehicle to fit my needs with first purchase, but was also available to answer any vehicle-related questions I had for the duration of ownership. My new vehicle is exactly what I needed, while he even went above and beyond to set up accessories included in purchase at the time of purchase.
