Justin was extremely easy to work with, very thorough in explanations, found the color car we wanted, and carefully explained the new features of our RAV4. Larry, the Finance Officer, was a delight. There was no high pressure to purchase any extras, leaving the decisions about additional protections, insurance, and optional services totally up to us. She has a great personality and is very down-to-earth and personable.
