I got mixed response from all of them. Emails were followed by personal call. Julia Stephenson also reached out to me through email and phone. The reason I decided to buy Car through Julia Stephenson was her highly professional and respectful behavior towards my Wife and I. We were on very tight budget. Julia never got tired of our constant questions and inquires. She patiently and politely responded to all of them. Other Toyota Dealerships did not have patience for that. Julia Stephenson knows her product and is great at Personal and Professional level. I will love to do business again with her on any given day. Later in the process on our last day we were helped by Mohammad and Sharreiff. They are also at par with Julia. Organizations are defined by Humans and their behaviors. He first contacted me back in the fall to talk about the lease-buyout program that Toyota offer My experience with Justin was hard to define at first. He first contacted me back in the fall to talk about the lease-buyout program that Toyota offers to those whose lease is coming to an end. My consistently busy schedule made it difficult for me to return his phone calls in a timely manner, let alone schedule an appointment at the dealership. Justin didn't give up on me though, and when I finally did get to meet him in person, I found him to be extremely professional, personable, committed, and focused. Personally, he is closer in age to me, so I think he knew how to talk to me the right way. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me and always felt he wanted get the best value out of the end product I was seeking. Overall, I would recommend Justin's business and service to anyone. He does an exceptional job at making you feel at ease during the whole process, and never emits any sort of pressure to make one decision vs another. 10/10, will do business with again! More
