Amazing Experience I had an amazing experience working with Julia and Sharrieff!! I had made contact via email to get more information about a 2018 Rav4 Adventure. I re I had an amazing experience working with Julia and Sharrieff!! I had made contact via email to get more information about a 2018 Rav4 Adventure. I recieved an email with a great price quote and soon after a call from Julia giving me even more information. We live in Bellevue and had not had positive experiences with the local Toyota dealership but love the quality and reliability of Toyota so we were willing to branch out. When we arrived (first snow of the season) Julia greeted us at the door and had the Rav4 ready in the bay ready for us to look at as well as all the information about it. I was thouroughly impressed with how I felt like I was having a chat with a friend and not a car salesperson. She was genuine and listened to what both my husband and I and what our needs and wants were. She also made sure we knew all the bells and whistles that came with the Adventure package. Julia then put us in Sharrieff's care to complete the purchase process. He as well was amazing. He was thorough and efficient in wrapping up taking the Rav4 home. I highly recommend Village Point to anyone and everyone that wants a smooth and seamless purchase. Thank you Julia and Sharrieff!! More

Jordan was a top-notch guy that made the process very easy. A great experience with Jordan. I certainly trusted him to work with my wife and kids as well as myself. We love our Toyota Sienna. I gave them a long list of things we wanted taken care of and it was ready the next day. We expected to wait a week. Coreen in Finance was great to deal with as well. She was to the point and did not waste our time with endless options for our vehicle. She presented the options and let us choose what we thought was best. If we said no, she did not continue to pressure us. A great experience beyond what we had hoped for. We got the vehicle 4 days sooner than we thought we would and took the vehicle after we signed the papers. More
