He immediately told us about a deal that was doing on with the Toyota Rav, discount was great and 0% financing. He had 3 left in the lot. No pressure he calmly explained all the features compared to competitors that we had asked. We took it for a test drive and loved every minute of it. We did to go to buy a vehicle but drove home with one all because Terry was pleasant and did not push us to buy the vehicle.
