I am retired and had less than perfect credit, but Rusty Russell and the entire staff gave me a second chance for which I will be eternally grateful for. I might have forgotten to mention that I live in Denver, Colorado and so I boarded a plane to Omaha, where I was picked up from the airport and taken to the dealership. I met the everyone who participated in getting me my new car. When I arrived, the car had a huge bow on the hood and I was pretty happy. I took it for a test drive, learned some things about hybrid cars I didn't know, Monday, November 27, 2017, was an amazing day meeting all of these nice people and leaving to drive my new car back home to Colorado. Then came back two days later and it was filled up with a tank of gas!!! I recommend Rod!!! Go buy a car from Toyota today and request him!!! More

Jake’s customer service skill is zero to none and he treated us like a second class citizen & thought we cannot afford the car. Rather than explaining things, his answer was a yes or no. People expect and deserve better service when spending that kind of money. More

SHOULD BE 10 STARS!!! BEST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALERSHIP EVER!! we have owned 7 Toyotas all 4 Runners or Tacomas. We have found our new home as far as dealerships are concerned. The website showed a vehicle we wanted, we called and talked with Jose on a Friday night, we test drove Sat am, and had a deal we couldn't refuse by noon! Finance was incredible, most of the time the payment is quoted then you go to finance and by the time you add protection plans etc the payment goes up. Not this time. Mr McIntosh had most of that figured in already since he knew buying a new 4 Runner PRO if it were his, he would want to protect it. We enjoyed both of these gentlemen to the fullest, laughing and sharing stories as well as doing business. We felt like we were part of the family by the time we left. RESPECT, INTEGRITY, TRUST, HONESTY, FAIR, FUN AND WONDERFUL are the words to describe everyone at Village Pointe Toyota. Dont waste your time anywhere else!! We believe that God put us with this location for a reason!! We look forward to coming back for our scheduled maintenance and sneaking over to sales and finance to say howdy to our new friends!! OH I forgot to mention, we had our cocker spaniel with us and they asked us to bring him in the showroom so he didn't have to sit outside in the cold. I also need to mention Leland Tilley.....while we let Jose go take care of something for another customer I asked if he would mind pulling an SR5 to sit beside this PRO so I could see them side by side and compare height, ground clearance, etc and he did!! There was nothing in it for him, but he was very kind and gracious with his time! More
