He was professional yet very personable. He also has sons close to my sons age and was genuine about sharing that he’d have purchased a car like this for them. The General Manager was also very down to earth, and made the whole experience very different than what I have had before buying a car! Everyone wanted to make sure we were being taken care of and we didn’t feel pressured at all. For example, we weren’t swarmed by sale people, there wasn’t crazy haggling over the price, and we got to keep the car overnight. Did I mention we got a great price on a very safe car!
