We didn't have to spend more than necessary on features we wouldn't use or need. The entire process was less time consuming and contentious than I've experienced elsewhere. Much of the work of processing was completed before we arrived to pick up the vehicle. The financial area provided excellent explanations and advice to keep cost low and take advantage of bundled discounts. Jordan was thorough in explaining features and friendly and respectful throughout the entire process. I would refer others to him. More
