Came into dealership looking for a SUV. Tony was patient and fun to work with dealing on a Toyota Rav4. He showed me both old and new ones. I was able to get a Great deal with my Toyota trade in and the rebates available for a 2017. He helped me to get comfortable with a few of the features before I left so I could drive it home. However, I am very disappointed and surprised by the service I received from Karina, who claims to be the Director at Village Pointe Toyota Dealership Long story short, I wanted to buy a 2017 Toyota Rav4 for my brother who works in Tulsa, OK and travels to Omaha, NE during weekends, we were exploring options to see if we can close the deal electronically as my brother was in Tulsa at the moment, after speaking with the dealership we learned that the buyer should be physically present to close the deal, even though we were not super excited about this policy, we did respect the dealerships processes and procedures completely. I and my brother decided that my brother would travel to Omaha soon to complete the transaction. After speaking with the sales rep Tony, I decided to walk into the dealership and wanted to tell them that my brother was planning to drive to Omaha soon and wanted to discuss and see if there are any other options to close the deal on this car. It was Friday and the time was 6:27 pm when I arrived at Village Pointe Toyota dealership, I saw few people walking inside, due to which I walked in to talk to them and see what options we have to close the deal on the Rav4. As soon as I walked into the dealership, Karina from the dealership attacked me verbally without even allowing me to introduce who I was and why I was there started to yell at me and said that they cannot sell the car to me, I told her to relax for min and listen to me first, but she didn't even give me a minute to talk and kept on saying she cannot sell a car to me, I continued to tell her to relax, relax, relax..., these were the exact words I used. That's when she responds and says "You cannot ask me to relax, get the xxxx out of here"..... for a moment I was shocked, I couldn't believe what the Director of the Village Pointe Toyota Dealership, Karina just said. I am in customer service business myself, I deal with 10-30 enterprise and strategic customers every day, no matter how bad day I may have had I would never use foul language with any of my customers. Karina who claims to be the Director at the dealership needs to learn the basics about customer service and educate herself in the customer service 101. I wanted to post this review so that any of the future buyers know how this dealership takes care of their customers, even if you decide to buy a car at this dealership, please never ever work with the lady named Karina. More

He had the patience of a saint describing the features to me yet never made me feel patronized. I would recommend Rusty to anyone looking to purchase a new car. I was interested in a Toyota Avalon since I was trading in my 10 year old Avalon. I loved it but was ready for a change. Our test drive was very pleasant and discussion that followed was honest and forthright. Greg knew what I expected. He was to call me when my expectations could be met. I now have a new car and am thrilled with it. Greg has followed up with calls to offer help with operating all the systems I am unfamiliar with. We have a meeting scheduled for Oct. 3rd to educate me. I sure there will be several future meetings. More

I particularly appreciated the lack of pressure in negotiating the final price. I would highly recommend Village Pointe Toyota and Mike Hansen. More
