The Finance manager Sharrief was also absolutely amazing also. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and sitting for more than five minutes is almost impossible. (We has stopped at another Toyota dealer earlier in the day and were turned off by the "boiler room' sales atmosphere.) My wife found Greg checking vehicles as they closed for the day. Greg took the time after hours to answer our questions and show us two different Highlanders. One new and near new. Over the next several days Greg followed up and continue to answer questions until we made our decision. I was impressed with the whole process. No pressure. Just facts. Fair on the purchase price and the trade in. Matt Braun helped us with our final paperwork and made that a painless breeze. Then to finish up Greg went back over the vehicle with my wife and I. Set up the electronics etc. Great experience! More

Ask for Tony! I found the vehicle online and went to the dealership to view in person. I was interested in the vehicle, but did not want to complete the transaction until I was able to inspect the vehicle after it has been washed and detailed. The dealership accepted my terms to leave a small deposit to hold the vehicle until I could inspect it. Upon returning two days later, I was pleased with the condition of the vehicle and the transaction was finalized. Tony was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He did not pressure me into any decisions, communicated in a transparent manner, and did his best to ensure my experience was as positive as possible. I would recommend Tony to anybody interested in purchasing their next vehicle. While Tony receives a 5 star rating, the dealership fell short in a few areas, none of which were Tony's fault. First, it was agreed to that I would receive a full tank of gas. That information was not communicated and I was given the vehicle with less than a quarter of a tank. Second, the initial proposed price by the dealership did not include the documentation fees. However, the price quoted online did include the documentation fees. Thus, the initial offer in person vs. the offer online were not the same. Those creating the offers should be aware of what is and is not included in the price per the website. Finally, after completing all the paperwork, it was discovered that the wrong date was used. Thus, all the paperwork had to be printed and signed a second time. While frustrating, none of these issues were significant enough to change my opinion to purchase my vehicle from the dealership. More

There wasn't much to pick from locally that fit her budget, so I said I'd look around Omaha. The first person I called was Rusty Russell at Village Pointe Toyota. We'd bought a minivan from him last year...and just as before, Rusty was more than fair to us. He hooked her up with a neatly identical model that was 1 year newer, with 20k fewer miles for almost exactly what her insurance paid for the old one! We couldn't be happier and will definitely call Rusty the next time we need another car! More
