Upon my arrival, Jordan Bleibaum was accommodating and a good listener, and was able to follow through on Justin's offer. Jordan has an unbelievable story. He is a great conversationalist. He made the test drive and purchasing process enjoyable. Jordan clearly articulated the details of the offer, and I was comfortable signing because I knew exactly what I was getting. Larry delivered the dense content of the finance and insurance paperwork at a pace that made it easy to understand. He was understanding and patient, allowing me space to read and process the warranty options available. I did not feel rushed or neglected throughout my entire purchasing process.
