He made sure to help me know that he wasn't bothered to stay and help me with my trade-in. He was relaxed with his presentation of the Camry and attentive to what my specific needs were, responding to each without trying to overcome them like they were objections. While I was reviewing warranty options, he took the Camry to the wash, and it was sparkling when I drove it off the lot!! He was super easy to deal with and made sure to get me a fair value for my trade-in as well as a great price on the Camry.
