There was absolutely zero pressure when working with him. He listened to our needs and did not get going "back and forth" with numbers. He made the process pain free and provided us with an excellent experience. After we had purchased the car he made sure to answer all our questions before we left the dealership. He took the time to make sure we knew everything about our 4Runner. He even stuck around late the night we were in the dealership to purchase the car to make sure we were taken care of. Jake, the sales manager, also helped to make our experience a terrific one. He worked with us every step of the way, making sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision. I felt as though he did everything he could to get us good value for our trade in. When Rusty was helping another customer purchase a vehicle the evening we came in to purchase our car, Jake worked with us to get the purchase done quickly.
