Other than on YELP, Village Pointe is one of the highest rated Toyota Dealers in the central to upper Midwest - That is why we stopped and shopped her Other than on YELP, Village Pointe is one of the highest rated Toyota Dealers in the central to upper Midwest - That is why we stopped and shopped here as one of the last three places we visited. To begin with, the receptionists were extremely friendly, and got us to Terry Weis in Sales, and he was excellent – he recognized that we knew what we wanted and showed us what we requested and needed to see. The quality of the used vehicles on their lot is quite high, when compared to about a dozen other dealers/lots we shopped in MN, NE and IA. Once our decision was made later that day, we called Terry and reserved the car, then returned a week later to purchase. Terry was ready for us, as the only issue we had with the car had already been taken care of by their staff before we arrived. Terry helped us initiate the purchase, then got us efficiently to Matt Braun, who did a really good, comprehensive review of comparing the dealership offerings to our pre-approval from our Credit Union. We opted for the dealership offerings, and finished the paperwork fairly quickly. I will definitely return in the next year or so to replace our second vehicle, and as long as I find the same level of respect, care and expertise, I will buy here again. Thanks to all of you who helped make this a great experience for my wife and I!! More
