When I picked up the car, Rusty had cleaned it from top to bottom, and made sure it was completely ready to go. Great Buying, Leasing & Servicing Experience! I've always loved Toyotas, but Terry Weis has made it a fantastic experience to buy a car. I leased through him at Village Pointe Toyota three years I've always loved Toyotas, but Terry Weis has made it a fantastic experience to buy a car. I leased through him at Village Pointe Toyota three years ago after an awful experience at the Toyota dealership in Bellevue. He has always been very helpful in answering questions, never pushy and very up front about the vehicles and pricing and everything I need to know to make a good decision, including a lot of things I hadn't thought of as a first time leasee and recently as a first time buyer. He and Michael Milan have been wonderful to work with at every step and helpful in letting me know how to get the most out of my service plans. There service personnel are easy to work with and always good at answering any questions you have. Their waiting area is fairly comfortable and they're great about making arrangements to take you where you need to go or getting your car in when you need it repaired or tuned up. And if you go early on Saturday mornings like I do they're exceptionally fast as well. Thank you so much for making a stressful process easy and fairly enjoyable! More
