I was hesitant to engage with a new car salesman since it has been well over 25 yrs since my last experience. Adam Westover answered the phone when I called to inquire about a new truck. After a conversation has been well over 25 yrs since my last experience. Adam Westover answered the phone when I called to inquire about a new truck. After a conversation about how the car sales industry has changed over his 20+ years' experience, he offered me a reasonable deal on a new truck. After that, Brett Ramey and Marshall Murphey took over the process which included a trade in. Correspondence with Brett was easy and straightforward. He kept their team on the ball answering all the questions that I had for them. After all was said and done, I agreed to the purchase of a truck that was not even on the lot. Had to wait for it to arrive. From my first talk with Adam to our last conversation with Brian from finance, I have to say, it was not anything like what I expected it to be. They all were Great! They all went above and beyond to make us comfortable and meet all our needs. I would highly recommend Village Pointe Toyota! More
