Also, it was a real delight to meet Deana, who just popped by the new car in the service bay to say "hello" and make sure things were going as they should so far... Rob discovered we had some things in the paperwork to adjust, but those things were done in a timely manner, confidently, professionally, and to my complete satisfaction. He and Anthony answered all of my questions (and I'm sure they always will!) and I have already recommended this dealership to a trusted friend. I'll be back! More

Great car buying experience! We just purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander. We were hoping to get into a new SUV before our holiday travel, but given the release date of the new models, it wasn't looking promising. We told Justin D'Angelo the specs we were looking for, and he tracked down the exact model we wanted. He was also able to expedite the process so the vehicle arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule. Great car-leasing experience! My lease was set to expire in a few months. I had a terrible experience with the dealer from which I leased that car (in another state), so I wasn't looking forward to dealing with getting another car. I called Village Pointe Toyota, and was connected with Justin, who took excellent care of me right from that first phone call. I told him what I was looking for and gave him my price range. I had some pretty narrow parameters, but he came through like a champ! He got me into another car that was just what I needed AND in my price range. Justin and Michael took me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and I am now driving my new car in (almost) less time than it takes to tell it! My experience with Village Pointe Toyota was the exact opposite of my terrible experience with the other dealership three years ago. Buying or leasing a new car really doesn't have to be an awful experience. Who knew!? Everyone at VPT was friendly and professional. I'd go there again in a heartbeat! More
