Most Dishonest Dealer Worst dealer experience. Please avoid this dealer at any cost. I am quite appalled at their lack of integrity, incompetence, and unprofessionalism. Worst dealer experience. Please avoid this dealer at any cost. I am quite appalled at their lack of integrity, incompetence, and unprofessionalism. Even after negotiating everything upfront, they made me wait more than 5 hrs at the dealership to get to the document guy who had no clue about how to do the contract and then botched up the documentation and was asked to work with another guy to get the paperwork handled. Then a month after I took delivery, they resort to harassment by not submitting title work and the taxes they already collected from me to the county. Extremely rude and threatening. I have had great expectations and respect for the Toyota brand and Berkshire Hathaway company but this experience has totally changed my opinion. Please avoid this dealership. More
