We bought a certified RAV4 from Justin last year and it was a great perience so we decided to start with him. Like before, he was very professional, courteous, attentive. Given the circumstances, it was a difficult to get excited about purchasing a car, but Justin made the process as smooth and pleasant as possible. He got us a great deal and made the payments work with our budget and I got a great car! Robert was fantastic as well and made the financing process quick and painless. I am typically on guard when it comes to buying cars but Justin was very personable, and when I told him what I wanted and expected he did everything I asked within reason. I did my research and the price they offered was really good. In fact they gave me an even better price than listed. Additionally they gave me a good price for my trade in. Never did I feel like they were pressuring me by offering me upgrades I didn't want like most dealerships. Every person I encountered at this dealership was kind.
