I was contacted by a salesman who was not there, but got picked up by a great one Sharrieff McIntosh who ended up closing the sale with me. Buying a car is normally something I dread due to the game playing that goes on. In this case, in a matter of minutes without any hassle or delays, I drove the car home. The whole experience was quick, easy and pleasant while taking a little over an hour. Jim called me back a couple of days latter just to make sure everything was OK. This is the way it should be: quick, easy, pleasant and professional. Not sure every experience at VP Toyota will be this way, but they will get the opportunity to keep my business, service and buying, because of this one. More

Purchase of 2016 Toyota Rav 4 Ltd. My wife and I met Sales Consultant Rusty Russell who had followed up with my wife via email and phone after her initial inquiry about inventory and v My wife and I met Sales Consultant Rusty Russell who had followed up with my wife via email and phone after her initial inquiry about inventory and vehicle pricing over 6 months ago. Rusty exhibited superior listening skills as well as a sound working knowledge of the vehicles features and benefits that my wife and I found important as well as instructive leading to our purchase. Moreover he answered all our questions in a forthright and clear spoken fashion. Indeed, the alarm bells of caveat emptor did not go off at all in our communications with him. After Rusty presented our pricing and financing options, I requested that I meet with his manager so my wife and I could clarify a few more transactional issues as well as inform his manager of his exemplary skills as a Sales Consultant. Rusty readily complied and the Assistant Manager, Vershan Jackson, met us in Rusty's office right away. Vershan also answered all our questions in immediate, informed, honest and transparent fashion. Both of these gentlemen exhibited estimable customer services skills and were decidedly trustworthy. Vershan also personally took a second look at our trade in and we came to a win-win fair trade in value in short order. Rusty graciously helped me carry in the items we had in the vehicle we traded in, a very low mileage 2012 Toyota Rav so we could place them in our new Toyota Rav. He then introduced us to Robb Smith who offered us a Mechanical Protection Plan and a Club Plus Vehicle Service Agreement. Although my wife and I have been historically cynical about plans of this nature, Robb was explicitly clear in his explanation of the benefits and had taken the time to determine my wife's driving habits and needs. His " needs analysis " led us to both agree to purchase both these vehicle service agreements. As with Messrs. Russel and Jackson, my wife and I had no doubt of Robb's integrity and his wanting to earn our business on a long term basis. Summarily, my wife and I would have no reservations about referring friends or clients to these gentlemen due to their respective skill sets and simply being " straight shooters "- who are honest and competent. I hasten to add that the manner in which we were treated reflects very well on Toyota's corporate governance policies for auto dealerships as well as Toyota and Village Pointe's ethical code of conduct towards the buying public in any vehicle purchase. Worst sale and finance services This place has the worst dealer in the word. I went there a couple of days ago to get a new 2016 Toyota Rav4 limited, we agreed with the price which w This place has the worst dealer in the word. I went there a couple of days ago to get a new 2016 Toyota Rav4 limited, we agreed with the price which was $28.000 and decided to pay my trade in $3.500. Then we went to see the sale manager to get the paperwork done. All the history change there. On the sale agreement document, I found out the car price was $30.000. I then asked why? They were trying to force me to pay for car service (MPP) .When I refused to pay for MPP, they then refused to pay my trade in for $3500 and said the trade would be $3000 instead. The sale manager and associates were rude and unprofessional. I finally left without buying the car. Please don't go there to purchase the vehicle. More
