Great Salesman - Low Pressure Loved buying a car from Village Point. I originally requested an online quote and they came back with a great price. I did have to negotiate a litt Loved buying a car from Village Point. I originally requested an online quote and they came back with a great price. I did have to negotiate a little on the trade but it wasn't near as bad as other dealerships. Justin was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him. Areas for improvement: In my opinion the time between closing the deal and getting through finance took way too long. However once we were in the finance office Jose Lopez was great. When we first arrived at the dealership the salesmen were waiting. As soon as one found out we had an appointment with Justin he was done. Almost every dealership I have been to if you show up and tell a salesman you have an appointment with someone else they would greet you nicely and if needed take you in and introduce you to your salesman. Just seemed very odd. More

Extremely helpful, but no pressure I initially was looking at a truck from another company, but after a less than pleasant experience at that dealership, I decided to take a look at a T I initially was looking at a truck from another company, but after a less than pleasant experience at that dealership, I decided to take a look at a Toyota Tacoma. I had an unusual situation where I was trading in 2 cars, 1 older vehicle and 1 on a lease. The Village Pointe dealership worked with me to come up with a deal that worked for both of us. I would recommend the dealership and especially the salesman Justin to my family and friends. More

Very good experience purchasing new Camry. Purchasing the Camry was a very good experience for my wife and I. Rusty took the time to listen to what we wanted and after asking a couple clarify Purchasing the Camry was a very good experience for my wife and I. Rusty took the time to listen to what we wanted and after asking a couple clarifying questions, he went to work and found us the exact car we were looking for. There was no haggling over cost. Their initial offer was better than what any other dealer would accept. I would definitely purchase another car from Village Pointe in the future. In fact, my 89 year-old father bought a new Corolla the same day from Village Pointe and Rusty treated him with a great deal of respect and care. More

We showed up close to closing time, and ended up having to stay late to finish the paperwork! He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the features of the car!
