We were pleasantly surprised to learn we would get free ToyotaCare maintenance for 25K miles/two years. Our salesperson did a great job of showing us all the major features of the new van. He knew the vehicle inside and out. We enjoyed visiting with him, too, while waiting our turn to visit the finance department. The facility was beautiful, and our daughters found numerous ways to entertain themselves while they waited for us to complete our sale. A great car buying experience all around. More
