I just purchased my third Toyota RAV4 from Village Pointe Toyota. They continue to provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate genuine care for their customers! As I am writing this, the current auto market is difficult. Losing a vehicle is not an easy endeavor in many ways, neither. Because of the limited availability, I had looked at other Toyota dealerships, which was an obvious mistake right away as I was treated like my business was insignificant in the scheme of things. However, Village Pointe never faltered in making me feel welcome and unsurpassed throughout the process; they did not have to with the current market especially, but made it seem that their standard practices would be unacceptable if delivered as anything less. I want to give a particular shout-out to Christian Sutton, Dave Kucera, and Brian Sharp. Christian did a great job communicating and offering updates, and maintaining patience with hundreds of questions. Dave recognized my loyalty to the dealership with appreciation (and frankly, no BS which I appreciate). And Brian made the financial portion the easiest I have ever experienced buying a car. They have all done a PHENOMENAL job with customer service! The staff in general are friendly and ensure that anyone who walks through the door has their needs met, often skillfully transitioning between other customers needing assistance simultaneously. I hope they realize their efforts have not gone unnoticed! More
