You could not pay me to go back to this place. Wouldn’t even give them one star. Poor attentiveness and NO communication. Then I was neglected in a filthy, and I mean FILTHY children’s room for three hours after being told it wouldn’t take more than two. At the end of waiting patiently for them to figure out what they were doing they told me they didn’t complete the work. WHAT. AND they charged more than what I agreed to to inspect the car without discussing it with me like I had requested. Extra fees. Then the woman at the cashier desk offered to take MY checkbook and write in it for us?? At what point is that ever professional to offer that kind of help?? So I took the car to Corwin Toyota of Bellevue instead and they took WONDERFUL care of us. After looking into the issue to get it resolved, they informed me that Village Pointe claimed to have completed the recall work even though they told me otherwise, did all the work incorrectly and it needed to be addressed. Turns out the car passed the recall inspection and didn’t need any replacing of the wire harness. Village Pointe took the wrong pictures and tried to get paid for a service that was not needed. Shady dishonest dirty inconsiderate service. Never again. More

I 100% regret my purchase. The finance team lied through their teeth and used high pressure sales tactics to seek an over priced car warranty. There is a reason they don’t give you time to read the warranty. Brian Sharp circled a paragraph on all the things it did not cover. This was a lie because the paragraph below it lists more things it doesn’t cover. Since this was a hybrid I was purchasing I need it to cover the lithium battery pack which this warranty doesn’t cover. Brian also said a zaktek benefit was free. It was not free and they charged me $679 in the paperwork. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I also asked Peter T the sales guy to clean the inside of the car because it had grease throughout on the hard surfaces. He said I gotchu but it was still greasy and when I opened the console it had a big goop of grease. If I could return this and void the contract I would gladly would do so. Update I was able to have them drop off the warranty and the Zaktek they claimed was free. I truly appreciate them making it right they even brought the new paperwork to my house. I recommend bringing your own financing when shopping here and be sure to take your time to read the documents before signing. More
