Received a coupon for a oil change and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told they weren't honoring the coupon even though it was not expired. Brandon the manager gave me a completely di appointment. When I arrived I was told they weren't honoring the coupon even though it was not expired. Brandon the manager gave me a completely different reason for not accepting the coupon than the service technician. It was a complete bait and switch operation. We have bought 2 cars from Village Pointe and was planning to buy a 3rd soon but they will never receive another red cent from me. Congratulations to Brandon and the service department on losing a future $50k + sale over $20.00, a bad attitude and bad business ethics. More

You could not pay me to go back to this place. Wouldn’t even give them one star. Poor attentiveness and NO communication. Had made an appointment over a week prior and when I arrived no one approached me. For minutes. I had to walk up to someone and ask what was going on. Then I was neglected in a filthy, and I mean FILTHY children’s room for three hours after being told it wouldn’t take more than two. At the end of waiting patiently for them to figure out what they were doing they told me they didn’t complete the work. WHAT. AND they charged more than what I agreed to to inspect the car without discussing it with me like I had requested. Extra fees. Then the woman at the cashier desk offered to take MY checkbook and write in it for us?? At what point is that ever professional to offer that kind of help?? So I took the car to Corwin Toyota of Bellevue instead and they took WONDERFUL care of us. After looking into the issue to get it resolved, they informed me that Village Pointe claimed to have completed the recall work even though they told me otherwise, did all the work incorrectly and it needed to be addressed. Turns out the car passed the recall inspection and didn’t need any replacing of the wire harness. Village Pointe took the wrong pictures and tried to get paid for a service that was not needed. Shady dishonest dirty inconsiderate service. Never again. More
