We found a car online that fit our needs and we drove an hour to look at it after a couple failed attempts to contact them on the availability of it. After pulling into the lot and finding the vehicle, a sa hour to look at it after a couple failed attempts to contact them on the availability of it. After pulling into the lot and finding the vehicle, a salesman named Rusty Russell came out and he got us the keys, no questions asked. We were allowed to take the vehicle on a test drive alone so we could properly test everything, talk it over, etc. Not much but that's a huge plus for me. After the test drive I looked over every square inch of it without Rusty looking over my shoulder. He gave me my space and plenty of time. Another huge plus in my eyes. He had no issue with me plugging in my own Snap On scanner and checking the entire system for codes. After a lot of looking it over, and a little haggling, we decided we were going to take the vehicle home permanently. Rusty is an amazing salesperson. He's not going to pressure you into something you don't want. He's not going to try and get you to buy something that will bankrupt you. He knows that you know what you want, and he just wants to help you get it. I've dealt with (and worked at) many dealerships before, so believe me when I say Rusty is one of the best salesmen I have ever encountered, salespeople at other dealerships should take notes from this man. 5 out of 5, would highly recommend to anybody looking for a car, please go here first. Even if you can't make a deal, at least you'll know how a salesmen is supposed to treat a customer. More
