Joel is the best! Very polite, respectful and quick to respond to calls/texts. Extremely helpful and eager to learn. Adam, the sales manager, was also very helpful. I had been dealing with another Toyota dealership in the area for the few weeks prior to going to Village Point and disliked the way the sales manager handled things at the other place. I didn't like the way she even interacted with the sales people who work there, let alone customers. I don't have any complaints about the sales department at Village Point especially coming from the other place first. I'm not thrilled with the service department with the few encounters I've had here and plan to leave a different review for that elsewhere. Joel is great and I'd buy a car from him anywhere. More
