Honest, best price, great communication I bought a used car from this dealership even though I live 7 hours away. I knew the car that I wanted and was open to purchasing it from any dealer I bought a used car from this dealership even though I live 7 hours away. I knew the car that I wanted and was open to purchasing it from any dealer in the US. This dealership had a good price out of the gate, but then also had really great service. They took video and photos of the car so I could see it in detail. They answered every question I had. Then, what sealed the deal was they gave me a good deal on my trade-in as part of the purchase. They made it easy for me to say Yes and hard for me to say No. They actually drove the car out to me free of charge and drove my car away. There was one point where they had made a mistake, but they kept the number that was in my favor (and not in theirs) because they hold true to their word. They take being a Berkshire Hathaway company very seriously, and to me, this was icing on the cake in terms of trustworthiness of a dealership. More
