Bob and myself went to Village point Toyota to get work done on a our 07 Tundra. In the service department Lorenzo Ricardo stayed on top of everything and gave us peace of mind everyday and sometimes 2x a done on a our 07 Tundra. In the end the 07 got fixed but we decided to get a New Vehicle. Jason VanSchoiack in Sales did an amazing job getting us into our New 2020 Toyota Tundra. And even after the sale was final, Jason still continued to checks to see how we are enjoying our new truck and if there was anything we need or questions. We where very impressed with the overall experience we had and would recommend Village Point Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

He accommodated my desire for a red Rav 4 which they didn't have on the lot. He found one in Des Moines and had it delivered to Omaha. Leather seats were installed which took some time because the service department was operating with a smaller staff. This wasn't a problem because of the stay-at-home orders. Jason delivered the car to our home and papers were signed in our garage. Excited for a road trip but it will be awhile. More

He did a great job of making the experience quick and pain free. All terms were laid out in clear language prior to proceeding to finance. Peter did a great job of prepping my vehicle for delivery and walked me through all the available features. He even offered to pair up my phone to make sure everything was good to go before I left. I was having trouble with a stuck carseat in my trade and he stepped up and got it out, above and beyond. The finance process with Brian was great. Very personable guy. He made some standard finance offers but did not pressure me when I passed on a few of the offered packages. I did end up buying an extended service package for a total of 6 years because the price was too good to pass up. I like the ease of going to one shop for all my service needs. Overall great experience. I’ve own luxury brands such as Lexus and Acura and the service here is on par with the best. More

So Far So GREAT! The thought of being of being a widow and buying a car on my own, impossible. But then I came to the conclusion that after putting over 200,000 miles on my car, it was time to make some sort of a decision. And i'm so glad I did. With some help from my mechanic and 2 days to spend on the internet, I found my dream car at Village Point Toyota. The whole staff was great to me. From the wonderful lady who answered the phone and stayed on the line guiding me through the streets of West Omaha, because 'Alexis' had given up and said "I don't know how to help you", to the poor guy that had to ride with me on the test drive, to my wonderful salesman Joel, who made me feel so well taken care of. And I can't forget "big boss man' who came out to wheel and deal with me on the price, and the really nice guy who helped me close the deal. First let me state that I am an extreme critic of customer service, having run, coached and consulted around customer and technical service globally f First let me state that I am an extreme critic of customer service, having run, coached and consulted around customer and technical service globally for several large organizations for over 30 years. It means everything to me. With that in mind, Mike Hansen and the entire team at Village Point Toyota exemplify excellence in customer service. Period! We purchased a used vehicle (not Toyota, by the way) from them on the 17th of March. Mind you, we drove from the Florida panhandle to Omaha to buy this SUV - as it was a replacement for one totaled in an accident in which we were t-boned by a reckless driver. Mike was amazingly communicative throughout the process - even sending us a video demo of the vehicle and going out to the vehicle check on specific items we asked about more than once. We were supposed to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday morning, but got to Omaha early enough on Tuesday evening to ask if we could pick up the vehicle that night. Though Mike wasn't there, he and Jason (The manager there) arranged for everything to be ready for us in under an hour. This in the middle of this health crisis we now face - so probably short handed as well. The team treated us with the utmost respect - but beyond that, with genuine amiability and warmth. Giving us their personal contact information if we had any issues finding lodging or food that evening or the next day. I have NEVER experienced customer service at this level from anyone I have purchased anything from, much less a car dealer. Suffice it to say, This is a wonderful and reputable dealer from whom anyone should feel more than comfortable buying a vehicle through. Price, service, selection and treatment that simply cannot be beat ANYWHERE! More
