I have never been treated so special. I am 66 and have purchased many cars over the years but have never experienced a dealership that everyone I came into contact with went above and beyond ' just sellin purchased many cars over the years but have never experienced a dealership that everyone I came into contact with went above and beyond ' just selling a car'. I cannot imagine doing business anywhere else and VIllage Pointe is where I will recommend for anyone I hear looking for a car! We discussed the features and selected a model. We had a miscommunication concerning functionality and the dealership, which includes ALL departments, went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND to make selection right. Where other dealerships would have said sorry it was a done deal, Village Point Toyota stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. They are my dealership for life, there is no need to compare other dealerships. More

Great Experience Mike Hansen was wonderful to work with. We decided to go to Omaha because we had some bad experiences with the Toyota in Lincoln. Past experiences a Mike Hansen was wonderful to work with. We decided to go to Omaha because we had some bad experiences with the Toyota in Lincoln. Past experiences at the Lincoln location, I would feel pressured and manipulated and unhappy with the end result. Mike made our experience the polar opposite. He was understanding and did not push us to make any decisions. At the end of the day, he presented the different options and let us decide what was best for us. He was able to get our monthly payment down to something that was reasonable and affordable for us. We are very grateful to have worked with him and will most definitely consider working with him again in the future. More
