What started as a great experience has gone downhill over the last two years with the service department. We have bought vehicles at other dealerships used and purchased the disappearing deductible warranty the last two years with the service department. We have bought vehicles at other dealerships used and purchased the disappearing deductible warranty and never charged when bringing our vehicle in for issues. At Village Point it is the flavor of the day.... at one point it’s zero to look at vehicle, then the next time it’s $162 to look at it, and they keep quoting $2000 worth of preventative maintenance that is not on the maintenance schedule. As great as the sales team was, the service department is way worse. We will be avoiding purchasing a vehicle there again. Go to another dealership with integrity. We purchased 1 used Toyota and 2 new Toyota’s from Performance Toyota and never had an issue from sales to service. We gave Village Pointe Toyota a try because they were next to our house. Never again. More
