Fixed wrong part I went in to have a wheel bearing replaced. I explained that the noise was coming from the passenger side and when I turned right it became louder, w I went in to have a wheel bearing replaced. I explained that the noise was coming from the passenger side and when I turned right it became louder, when I turned left it was quiet. So the mechanic replaced the drivers side. Returning home from the service center I could tell immediatly nothing had changed and the noise was still there.I returned to the dealer and explained they had replaced the wrong part. After returning the car another day Brandon told me they could fix it for a reduced extra fee. I wanted it repaired for no cost. Brandon said " I can't make the mechanic eat this cost. I said then why do you think it's ok for the customer to eat the cost. I didn't want both bearing replaced since it can cost nearly $2000. In the end I still had to pay for a repair I didn't want. I have been a customer of theirs for 19 years and had just purchased a new 2019 Highlander, but none of that mattered to Brandon!!! More

I came very unprepared as I didn't expect to trade my vehicle in for a new vehicle but both Jason and Sarah were extremely flexible and to my surprise I was able to drive away in the exact vehicle I wanted with some free preinstalled extras too! My trade in was also valued above market so I didn't have to negotiate the price at all, and the finance department was very flexible too practically matching my credit union so I decided to get the Toyota financing since they had a rebate which after the rebate saved me more money going though Toyota finance than my credit union. Sarah was great with the protection plans she knows everything about them and was able to reccomend 2 plans based on my own situation and her experience. Overall Village Pointe Toyota was an amazing experience, other dealerships just don't care about you as a customer. Those dealerships made me question if they even wanted my business but not Village Pointe Toyota they cared for all my needs and wants and did so gladly. Thank you for the wonderful experience! More
