This is my second new vehicle purchase at Village Pointe Toyota, and both experiences were top notch. From the initial contact over the internet getting ball rolling, to the sales department that worked with me over the course of several weeks, to the finance department to close the deal. All along the process, a professional tone was maintained. We will definitely continue to look to this outfit on all future vehicle purchases. Wasted our time and poor service I had a 8:30am appointment for a car detail that was part of a deal for purchasing out a lease. I was told this would be a 3-4 hour service. I showed I had a 8:30am appointment for a car detail that was part of a deal for purchasing out a lease. I was told this would be a 3-4 hour service. I showed up and was initially ignored for several minutes. Eventually I was greeted and explained I was here for a car detail and had an appointment. The guy responded with a completely confused look, “Ok? Is that something you’re paying for or what?” I’m not sure what was confusing about my statement but I explained it was part of a recent lease purchase. He took my information and said I’d be contacted when it completed. At 12:30 a call was made to get an update because nobody had contacted me. A girl stated the car would not be ready until after 4pm! I never would have made the appointment for this time period because of work schedules we could not get the car now until the following day. My wife showed up to get the car the next day. The front desk woman who was working took 3 minutes to even acknowledge her as she was playing on her phone. She was very rude when my wife said i was here to pick up my car from getting detailed. The service department initially couldn’t even find our car. There was zero apology for not having the car done in the 3-4 hour time frame we were told. No communication and poor customer service-just go elsewhere. There are plenty of places in Omaha to get a vehicle serviced! More
