This is, unbelievably, the 17th vehicle our family has purchased here since 1974, including all 4 of our grown childrens' several vehicles. Justin is always great to work with - no pressure, good advice, and knows what we like. John in finance actually beat the best interest rate I could get elsewhere by 0.5%, which was an awesome surprise! Don has been my go-to service guy for many years and a major reason I keep coming back. And while chatting in the showroom, Corinna (who knew my kids when they were little and we were minivan shopping) answered some of our hybrid questions while Justin was pulling up our RAV4 for a test drive. Broken parts Bought my Rav4 from them. Been a great vehicle. Had some dash lights come on so I took it to them to get it checked out. It was the fuel system vapor Bought my Rav4 from them. Been a great vehicle. Had some dash lights come on so I took it to them to get it checked out. It was the fuel system vapor canister. About a $1300 repair. I didn't have the money at the time to fix it and it was still drivable. I was changing the oil like I always do, and I was looking things over. I found one of the hoses on the evap canister was missing the lock and the other one was unlocked and the lock was broken. Went back to the dealership service manager and told him what I found. Treated my like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. I am a mechanic for a living on heavy equipment. I may not know everything on cars, but I know damb well those locks don't unlatch them selves and for sure don't fall out. I was in retail auto sales for 13 years and never treated a customer like I was treated today. Never buying from them again, and never recommending them to no one again!🤬 More
